Limit of Liability

Whilst Designworks Studio Ltd. accepts liability for the workmanship and quality of the materials supplied by us, we cannot, for obvious reasons, accept liability for losses beyond our control such as emotional value, fluctuating material value, or any expenses incurred resulting from failure of our products. As such, financial liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item(s) supplied by Designworks Studio Ltd. In the event of failure, Designworks Studio Ltd retains the right to refund the original purchase price, or replace/repair the item at our discretion.

Warranty Policy

All products supplied by Designworks Studio Ltd. are guaranteed against defective workmanship and/or defective materials for a period of 90 calendar days from receipt of goods. In the unlikely event of failure the purchaser will allow a ‘make good’ period of 21 calendar days. Due to the nature of our business, this period may be extended where rare or unique materials are involved. Charges may be incurred where there is evidence of neglect or improper care including but not restricted to, mechanical, temperate, or chemical interference.

In the event of a warranty claim Designworks Studio Ltd. reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the original purchase price at our discretion.

All items must be paid for and collected within 7 calendar days of completion date.
